Mindfulness is the art of bringing positive states of mind into the present moment. When we learn how to do this, all our daily activities become deeply satisfying and meaningful. By living in the present, we free ourselves from the mental burden of our worries and over-scheduled lives. We will reduce stress, anxiety and find peace in our heart.
During this special event, Gen Kelsang Pagpa will combine guided meditation with practical advice from Buddha’s timeless teachings and reveal how we can use these special methods to transform our life.
After the first session there will be a delicious vegetarian dinner followed by guided meditation and uplifting prayers to improve our mindfulness, compassion and wisdom.
