A Peaceful New Year – Celebrate with Compassion.

Tuesday 31st December 9.30pm-12.05am

Meditate your way into 2020 & start the year in just the way we mean to continue it..with a peaceful, positive mind and a big compassionate heart.

First we take some time to celebrate and enjoy one another’s company over delicious vegetarian hors d’oevres, desserts and non-alcoholic beverages (9.30-10.45pm). Then we head in to the meditation room for some reflection time. Gen Chokyan will guide us in the inspiring practice of the Buddha of Compassion. After meditating and reciting mantras into 2020, we dedicate our peaceful intentions to the welfare of the entire world and conclude with a non-alcoholic New Year’s toast shortly after midnight.
