Feedback from previous retreats: ’Thanks again for a superb weekend retreat. It was amazing and has definitely opened my eyes and mind to a whole host of new ways to see and think about things.’

We were given practical tools to manage our daily lives through teachings and meditation. Words cannot express how this retreat has changed & is changing my life.
