with Gen Pagpa, Resident Teacher of Tushita Centre & National Spiritual Director for Kadampa Buddhism in SA

Life is often filled with uncertainty, and the difficulties we encounter can leave us feeling frustrated, stressed-out, and overwhelmed. However, we can learn to navigate through these times skillfully, with acceptance and understanding, through training our mind in happiness — even using these experiences as opportunities for growth and development. In this day retreat we will explore creative methods to transform life’s uncertainties and daily difficulties using the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings.
