On the surface of a stormy ocean, there is much turbulence and danger. But as we go below the surface deeper and deeper, the waters become still regardless of the weather at the surface. By looking deeply within our own mind, we can find similar stillness and refuge from stress and chaos of modern life. Buddha teaches that the only real source of reliable happiness and inner peace is found within the mind, not controlling external things.
In this short course, Gen Pagpa will guide meditations and give teachings on how we can create a stable experience of inner peace regardless of the chaos that appears around us in this modern world.
