So much of our mental and physical stress and tension comes from holding on to negative thoughts and painful memories. We often feel stuck in unhealthy and unhappy thought patterns. By learning to understand our mind through Buddhist wisdom, we can learn to let go of bad mental habits, come to accept our past and experience the pure and limitless nature of our mind.

At this Public Talk (includes a guided Meditation) with Buddhist monk and Teacher, Gen Pagpa, discover practical methods for letting go of painful thoughts and feelings and experiencing deep inner peace.

Everyone is welcome. No booking required.
