In our society we are constantly exposed to messages of how painful love can be. There are many songs, movies and books written about this. What if you found out that it’s not the love that hurts but something else? Imagine if you could have the tools to make every one of your relationships more successful, harmonious, and more meaningful? In Buddha’s teachings we uncover the secret of eliminating pain and increasing love, making all our relationships harmonious.

The workshop will consist of guided meditations, teachings, and the opportunity to explore these themes as a group. As a result you will find new self-confidence and gain a new appreciation for the people in your life. CLICK HERE TO BOOK
