Buddha said that all phenomena are like illusions. Buddha’s teaching on emptiness explain the way things actually exist as opposed to the way they appear. This knowledge gives us great power to free ourselves from every difficulty because the problems we face in life, which seem so solid and real, when seen through the eyes of wisdom disappear like a rainbow.

In this 1/2 day course, Gen Pagpa will explain how the wisdom of emptiness liberates us and makes our life unbelievably free and joyful. He will also explain how by understanding the true nature of reality we can learn to live lightly, freeing our self from physical suffering and mental pain.

Anyone can attend this event. It is suitable for all levels. There are breaks in between sessions and refreshments are included. Everyone is welcome.
