On this half-day course we will be investigating reality with Buddha’s wisdom teachings. Wisdom only ever leads to happiness. When we have wisdom, we can see things clearly and always make the right decisions.
In the Buddhist scriptures it says that all phenomena are ’empty like space.’ This means their ultimate nature is emptiness and they exist only as mere appearances to mind.
Meditating on the ultimate nature of phenomena, emptiness, frees our mind from self-grasping and self-cherishing, which are the root of all our deluded minds and all our suffering and problems.
Everybody is welcome.
