These classes are presented in a simple structure & are either taught by our Resident Teacher, Gen Pagpa, or experienced meditation students of the Centre.

They provide a practical overview of meditation, and helpful advice on how to develop and maintain a peaceful and happy mind. During the class there are two guided meditations, a teaching and opportunity to ask questions. Suitable for everyone.

Cost per class: R40 – no booking required.
It is not necessary to attend every class.
