These classes are presented in a simple structure & are either taught by our Resident Teacher, Gen Pagpa, or experienced meditation students of the Centre.

They provide a practical overview of meditation, and helpful advice on how to develop and maintain a peaceful and happy mind. During the class there are two guided meditations, a teaching and opportunity to ask questions.
Suitable for everyone. Cost per class: R70. (free for members – more info. about membership)
No booking required.

Cape Town Classes
Wednesdays 6.30-7.45pm with Gen Pagpa

Venue: Healing Waters Holistic Centre, Cambridge St, Tamboerskloof
From downtown, go up Kloof Nek Rd (towards Camps Bay). Pass Hastings St on your right, continue straight on Kloof Nek Rd. Go next right at St Michaels (sign says to German school), then 2nd left into Varsity, and 1st right into Bayview.  From Bayview turn first left at Cambridge. Entrance is about 5 metres up Cambridge St on the right, through wooden door which is next to the mosaic.

Parking options for Observatory:

  1. Any free parking spot available next to or close to the Centre. This is
    on a first come first serve basis, but please ensure that you do not park
    on the yellow or red lines because you could get a parking ticket.

2. Kwikspar (Pepper square) parking lot on Nuttall Road.
There is a parking fee of R14 for two hours.

3. The train station, Florence Avenue in Observatory.
This is three streets away from the Centre and is free.
