Weekly Meditation Classes
The General Programme (GP) is open to the general public and provide a basic
introduction to Buddhist view, meditation, and practice. It also includes various kinds of teachings and practice from both Sutra and Tantra.
The purpose of the General Programme is to provide participants with a clear and practical introduction to Buddhist meditation and gives guidelines on how this can be integrated into modern lifestyles, providing practical application for solving problems experienced in our everyday life.
Anyone and everyone is welcome to participate in this programme. One does not have to be Buddhist to participate.
Courses are hosted primarily in the form of evening classes, but the programme does include day courses, weekend retreats, sessions of prayers for world peace and other special events.
