Weekly on a Friday
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
R0 – R90
The topic of this class is very important because we usually blame others, or circumstances for our problems, which often leaves us powerless to change anything. In these meditation classes we will learn that our real problems are our unpleasant feelings and negative responses to what life throws at us, and that through developing our mind we can gain the ability to stay positive even in difficult situations thus solving our real problems.
These meditation classes are online only, presented via Zoom, so you can attend from the comfort of your own home. To attend the classes you will need to have access to Zoom, and you will need to book online in advance. After you have booked, you will receive a link in your order email which will contain the passcode for the class. Please use the link in the email or the button below to access this Zoom meeting and enter the passcode when prompted.
Classes cost R90 per class and if you wish to attend these classes regularly (that is more than four times) you will be asked to become a member of the Centre.
