Description

In this Meditation Retreat we reflect on how we all long to experience deep inner pace and happiness and enjoy our life, but often this seems elusive amidst life’s challenges. The pursuit of a perfect life can make us vulnerable to worry and anxiety. However, if we can develop and maintain a special inner peace that comes from spiritual practice, we can remain undisturbed by external conditions. We will feel confident that we can accommodate whatever life presents with a positive and peaceful mind. At that time we will have found real freedom.

In this retreat, we will explore the distinction between outer and inner fears, uncover their roots, and recognize the importance of confronting them. Through methods taught by the Buddha, we will learn to overcome these fears and discover lasting peace and freedom. Join us for this unique opportunity for inner growth and healing!
