Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations more than 7 days before the event begins will be refunded all but the 25% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our weekly Meditation Classes are non-refundable.
Donating cancelled Fees to International Temple’s Project. If you wish to donate the refundable portion of your cancelled fee to the International Temple’s Project, please indicate this at the time of cancellation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Exceptions are discretionary and may be made in cases such as bereavement or sickness (including Covid-19 self-isolation or local lockdown), or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances. All such requests must be made in writing to admin@meditateincapetown.org within 72 hours of the course/retreat start date.
Please note as our payment system does not refund fees in the case of cancellations, we will retain a 10% administration fee on all refunds.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
