Courses & Events
Throughout the year there is a calendar of events which includes Meditation Classes at the Centre, Special Events such as Empowerments and retreats held both at TKMC and at locations around the Western Cape.
Meditation Courses
Meditation Courses are usually held over a half day at the weekend on a Saturday and are focused on a central theme to help us in our modern lives.
Special Events
Our Buddhist Meditation Centre also run Empowerments, which are a teaching and series of guided meditations through which we make a connection with Buddha.
