We hold regular social events such as meals and open days which give us a chance to get together and open the doors to our Meditation Centre. In this category we also list upcoming Empowerments which are special guided meditations giving us an opportunity to deepen our practise.

At the South African National Festival, Gen Rabten grants the Empowerment of Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion, and shares teachings from Mirror of Dharma with Additions to help us cultivate compassion, overcome suffering, and find true peace.
