A free weekly Buddhist Meditation Group for those who are recovering from addiction. Every week we come together with Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Namkhyen for guided meditation, to explore one of twelve Buddhist themes that could help us in our recovery, and discussion.
The group is very suitable for those who are already following a twelve step programme, or anyone else, who seeks spiritual guidance on their path to recovery based on the Buddhist faith. Participation is free of charge, though donations are warmly appreciated.
