In this series of meditation classes we will focus on instructions for training our mind, in Tibetan called Lojong, so that we can transform our day-to-day lives – including even the most demanding and difficult situations – into opportunities for personal and spiritual development. We will explore meditation techniques that have been tried and tested for centuries and how they are relevant to our everyday experiences.
