International Festivals
Annual International Kadampa Festivals
There are three International Kadampa Festivals which take place annually, a high point of the modern Kadampa year. There is a Spring, Summer and Fall festival each year. They are taught by Senior Teachers and consist of empowerments, teachings, meditations and retreats.
These courses are very special and all Kadampas strive to attend them because they reflect the vision of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche – a global community bound by wisdom and compassion dedicated to benefiting others.
The International Festivals are like a microcosm of world peace, and many people say after attending one of these events that they see how world peace is possible.
