We are a non-profit Organisation entirely run by volunteers, aiming to bring peace and harmony to the people of Cape Town and beyond by making meditation and Buddha's teachings available to everyone regardless of race, gender or age.

Our Buddhist Temple and Meditation Centre is a member of the The New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU), an association of Mahayana Buddhist study and Meditation Centres founded in 1991 by the internationally renowned Buddhist teacher and accomplished meditation master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
