In this half day meditation course we learn that in a world that moves so fast where we often feel we can’t keep up, there is wisdom in choosing to slow down and find peace in meditation. By training in meditation we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to deal with life without being overwhelmed by it. In this course, through guided meditation, gentle contemplation, and listening to Buddha’s timeless teachings, you’ll learn how slowing down can deepen awareness, nurture compassion, and bring wisdom to every moment.
