Feelings of guilt or anger and resentment can be very paralysing. We may feel stuck in the past forever. If we learn the art of forgiveness we will be able to let go of the past and move on. Forgiving ourselves and others is an essential part of a happy, meaningful life, it gives us back our freedom and joy.
From Buddha’s teachings we can understand what skills we need to learn from the past without being burdened with a hardened or heavy heart. On this half day course we explore how healing it is to forgive both ourself and others. Everybody welcome.
