Foundation Programme
The Foundation Programme (FP) at Tushita KMC is an inspiring study programme that is specifically designed to improve our understanding and experience of meditation and Buddha’s teachings through a systematic study of six of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s books. The classes offer us the opportunity to study Buddhism and meditation closely with a qualified teacher, and include guided meditation, teaching and discussion. Through following this programme we will gain authentic realisations of Buddha’s teachings, and we learn everything about meditation from basic techniques that help us solve our daily problems to practices that lead to the most supreme happiness and inner peace. Furthermore, on FP we often meet new friends with whom we can share our insights and experience of the spiritual path. The teacher of FP is Gen Kelsang Namkhyen.

Joyful Path of Good Fortune
The path to the supreme happiness of enlightenment
We all have the potential for self-transformation, and a limitless capacity for the growth of good qualities, but to fulfil this potential we need to know what to do at every stage of our spiritual journey.
With this book, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche offers us step-by-step guidance on the meditation practices that will lead us to lasting inner peace and happiness. With extraordinary clarity, he presents Buddha’s teachings in the order in which they are they are to be practised, enriching his explanation with stories and analogies.
A perfect guidebook to the Buddhist path.
